Toppings - Fillings

Toppings:

Avocado, Cheese And Caramelised Onions

A treat for warm weather.  Make pancakes and have the toppings ready. 
Avocado, peeled and sliced, Parmesan Cheese, caramelised onions.  Cook little individual pancakes with the toppings.  You can have a giant pancake with toppings, then serve it, cut into wedges.

Fillings:

Pies Filling  -  Three Cheeses-Parmesan, Tasty, Feta, Eggs and Red Chard

Red chard, wash and chopped then sauté in oil, add some mixed fresh herbs or chives.  Keep aside to cool.
Add in grated tasty cheese, Parmesan, Feta and eggs.   Mix them together,  add in the red chard.  Put some salt to taste and white pepper.

Make Susy's water pastry!
Put two small layers, brush with oil in between, place them on a little tin pie's mould. Fill the pastry with 2 tablespoons cheese and egg mixture. Bring the edges of pastries in to enclose the filling, then brush it with oil mixed with melted margarine on top. Do the rest until finished. Bake in a moderately hot oven for 18 minutes until the pasty is golden brown.
