There are a lot of ways to cook cauliflowers. Today I am sharing two types of cooking cauliflowers. One is delicious fried cauliflower in batter, two is pan-fried cauliflower with mix Middle Eastern species.
Fried cauliflower in batter, can be enjoyed simply with drinks or as a side dish. Blanch the cauliflower florets for a few minutes, then drain and dry. Dip into batter and deep fried in oil until golden. Fry green parsley until crisp to garnish the fried cauliflower florets.

Pan-fried cauliflower with Middle Eastern spices. Pan-fry sliced cauliflower in little oil for two minutes. Turn it over, they should look a patch of brownish, cook for another two minutes then turn it over again. And cook for another two minutes, at this stage add some chopped chives, toss it around, soon transfer it onto a serving dish, and sprinkle with the Middle Eastern spice mix. A delicious spiced meal with lovely crunchy textures.
