From  Apple Bread Rolls    To   Broken Rolls

Delight sweet treats for morning or afternoon tea, apple bread roll, It is made of a scone dough and filled with jam and poached fruits.  Any jam what you like and any fruit what you have for the flavour of the rolls.  Enjoy with tea, white or black, also can be served with coffee too.

Cut and slice the bread, butter on the side.  Or butter the apple slice rolls before you serve.

Some bread or rolls I don't like to cut or slice but to break it, this is one of them.  My mandarin jam roll is crusty on the outside, but moist inside.  Serve simply break them, not buttered.
