A gorgeous looking, almost like a piece of jewellery so precious. The shiny and golden look, I call it Topaz Jewel Cake. It is fruity orange cake studs with dates, apricot and chocolate chips. Lovely dressed in sour cream icing and orange glazed and it is shiny, dazzling and glittering. It is my jewel cake. Beautifully cut, moist from the fruit and the dates; the chocolate gives the lusciousness to the cake.

This jewel cake is a quick melting cake, it is one of the techniques to the baking cake.
It is fit to be served for a special occasion as a celebration cake. Indeed, it is too Right.

Today I enjoyed my morning with a few friends at home, and we all were delighted with lovely hot tea and tasting the beautiful topaz cake.
It cut well and looks so sweet, lovely and luscious.

It is good to achieve and to create a new creation and in this case, is about creating the gorgeous cake, it looks beautiful, vibrant and delightfully sweet. Topaz Jewel Cake, the name wears it.
