Today I harvested the olives from the back yard, our garden. I don't have a lot this year, I think last year we had a better harvest. It is good, at least I could pickle and preserve this olive, I may have a large jar of preserving olives.

It takes a few months to get the preserved olives ready. I am pleased that the olives are really mature to be picked, the colour is so right black and blue.
