The Pie is baked beautifully, and I am sure the taste is delicious.

I put the oven on to reach at 185 degrees C, and get the pie
tin.

Then I brush with oil mixture over the pastry thoroughly,

must do another layer to make the pie extra flaky.
Pour the cheese mixture on it, and cover with a layer of the
pastry
Brush it again with oil mixture and don’t forget to patch up
the whole
Put some more pastry, put them artistically, make sure the
pastry laying with a pleated pattern to get beautiful curly effects.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or more until
cooked and golden brown.
To serve: serve hot with a side salad.
The pie is served for six to eight people.
