Christmas Day

Beautiful Christmas Day.
Christmas day at Susan's, she was hosting the Christmas dinner with style.  The relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful seafood feast were thoroughly enjoyable.  It was a success, congratulations, Susan and Tris. They worked together as a team perfectly, they did a great job, to make everyone happy. We appreciate their time, generosity, thank you both for a perfect Christmas.

Susan’s Christmas Menu 2012

Grilled King Prawns
with Avocado herbs aioli sauce served on lettuce and pomegranates

Pork steamed dumplings

Muscles cooked in wine and herbs butter.

Baked whole Salmon with herbs and lemon
served with Béarnaise sauce, garnished with
boiled carrots, green beans dressed with mustard dressing

Creamy potato salad

Trifle with blueberry and cherries

Mini mince tart

Drinks and Wine 
Raspberry soda drink for the children
Gewürz Traminer - White
Sauvignon Blanc

Tea or Coffee

I was pleased to be able to share the Gewürz Traminer - White, thanks to Gerhard Kuhn - his special gift,  which we took it home with us, this year from Germany.

It was a beautiful and lovely Christmas celebration.  We had a very Happy Christmas.
I hope you had a Happy Christmas too, as we did.

It would be better if Jane and her family were there, I missed her, but I know that she is happy and celebrating her Christmas with her husband Ed, her precious baby son Milo and her new family in the Netherlands. Merry Christmas to You All.
