It is mixed fresh fruits with spiced palm/coconut sugar dressing, a fruit salad Javanese style, called rujak or lots. A mouthwatering fruit salad for warmer weather.
I use mainly any fresh fruits, but tropical fruits are preferable. I am making rujak out of fruits that I have, fresh pineapple, semi-ripe mango (ideally), orange ( instead of pomelo), benkoang (you could get it from the market), cucumbers and apples.

Fresh fruits are always here in Australia, the tropical fruits are readily available in the Asian grocery stores or Supermarket. We can have the fruits at any time, aren't we all so fortunate. Anyway fresh fruits are good for us; however you have to know your limit. But you could indulge the fresh fruit on Friday sometimes. Fantastic!!!
Have a Relaxed Weekend
Until Next Post
