Cooking Rice
1 cup long grain rice (Jasmine rice)
2 cups of water
Place the rice and water in a heavy based pot
Don't cover the pan, cook the rice until the water is absorbed
Stir the rice, Cover the Pot, Reduce the Heat
Cook over the low heat for ten minutes
Take it off the stove, uncover the pot, fluff the rice.
Rice is ready to serve with garnishes.
