Fine Cuts

What to do with fine cuts red or white meat such as eye fillets, chicken breasts fillets. They are very lean meat, no fat and no bones.  Quick cooking such as pan-fried, sautéed or poached is the best way.
I will do pan-fried sliced chicken breast fillets in the batter to serve for a daily meal, mainly if I have limited time.  Use any fresh vegetables to rest the cooked chicken.


Chicken Breast Fillets
Pan fried chicken strips of breast fillets in batter, rested on a bed of shredded cabbage.


Chopped lean chicken breast fillets mixed with vegetables and noodles for fillings of pancake rolls.  (You need time for this cooking)

Beef Eye Fillets
Sliced eye fillets, spiced with soy, freshly ground black pepper sautéed with mushrooms in oil.


Sautéed the beef eye fillets  garnished with red capsicums and beef sauce



A few tips on how to cook fine cut meats, keep it simple.  There are no recipes, just some photos that give ideas.  Happy cooking.
