Pantry

Pantry   -   Refrigerator
Nachos with Yogurt.  Yummy, Creamy but Healthy.  The family refers to this Dish as "Plenyik -Plenyik"(very messy food).  We always have fun to eat it by hand.   Have a bowl of hot water ready on the table to wash the fingers.

The ingredients are straight from the pantry and the refrigerator, only a few minutes preparation is needed.

Quick And Delicious Nachos

Corn chips, tomato sauce I got them from the pantry; grated cheese, sour cream or yoghurt, capsicum from the refrigerator and avocado from my fruit basket. From these ingredients I made the delicious and quick Nachos.  It did not take long to do it.

The Ingredients

Only less than five minutes to have the food preparation; 1.  grating the cheese, 2 peeling and dicing the capsicum, 3. peeling and dicing the avocado, 4 assembling the nachos to be baked.

Getting the Ingredients ready

The corn chips, diced capsicums, grated cheese, and diced avocado are ready for the quick Nachos.

 To Make the Nachos:
Baked in Microwave for 37 seconds
In a bowl, place a layer of corn chips; drizzle some tomato sauce, add some grated cheese-sprinkle all over.  Repeat this for the second layer, put extra cheese on top. Set in the microwave oven for 37 seconds until the cheese is melted.  Take it out, put a tablespoon of cream cheese or yoghurt and top it up with diced avocado.
Serve at once.

It is a small serve, only fourteen corn chips per bowl.
You can make for a family, everyone has to help them self.  You need a large bowl or plate, more ingredients and you have to bake the nachos longer.

Baked Nachos is dressed with yoghurt.
The Nachos is Garnished with Avocado

It’s crunchy, creamy and yummy.  Delicious!!  Have a lot of fresh fruits afterwards!

Simple and Sweet.

Until Next Post
