Easter With Us

Happy Easter Everyone.

We started our Easter celebration with a delicious breakfast. 

It was good to spend the morning with children, it was pleasant,  we took our time, and we had a lovely catch up.


We enjoyed our breakfast, the eggs, the Easter Crown, and some chocolate.  Yes, we indulged ourselves.

 The Easter Crown is steamed buns with aromatic sweet chicken filling, delicate and delicious.


Easter Crown is served with sweet sauce.



 Roast Lamb and the trimmings are on the menu for the Easter Dinner, and it is almost the same every year.  A roast dinner is very popular in my family, either roast lamb, pork or beef.  My eldest daughter Mel says that roast is the most relaxed cooking and also very enjoyable.  She is right, but the serving time is hectic.
