Baking no-knead bread was delightful. It was comfortable, but a little bit tricky. Putting the ready dough for baking in a hot and heavy Dutch oven in and out in the oven was nervewracking.
The Tabatiere was the best I have ever baked, so proud. The crust, the crumb was lovely just at should be (almost). The scoring could be better, it did not spit-perfectly well during the baking process.

Brioche Crown with FruitsThe first attempt which turns me off to bake another one, due to the difficulty of handling the massive hot Dutch Oven Pot. It is clumsy and dangerous.
Beautiful bread that means a lot of butter, to be consumed, what an indulgence. No baking brioches for awhile. But it has been delightful bread baking.
