Looking back to say goodbye to neighbours and friends was right, in fact, we had a lovely morning tea with people in our sports club as well. We were so eager for the trip to visit the new baby, and we were looking forward to seeing her big brother too, Milo who is five years old now, and he has started school in early July this year. I learnt that he is a proud brother, loves to play and to take care of his baby sister. Right now he is having a long summer holiday, it should be good for us to get to know him again. The last time we saw him was two years ago, it's has been a long time.
We did the right things; indeed, we arrived in the Netherlands on the 20th of July, and we were so thrilled to see our new granddaughter Elnora and the rest of her family. I know that we would have a great time together. We visited every day and spent time with her for the first week until we had to leave for Hungary to see the famous city of Budapest. I had my share to play with Elanora, to cuddle and to carry her with the selendang batik-Javanese cloth. It good, especially I realised that we started only the two of us, with Elanora, now our family became a family of fourteen. We are Blessed.

They had photoshoots for the occasion, and they had a beautiful walk in the forest earlier. The fresh air and the fragrance of the wood made the occasion.

A light lunch with dear friend Eileen she is turning ninety-three years this coming month. I would miss her birthday this time, but surely we could celebrate it when we got back. She would be waiting for me.

A slice of fruitcake from our Christmas cake in July was very appreciated. It is nice to have sweet to round up our meal.
Celebrations with food are always in the family.
The trip and the journey to the Netherlands were pleasant, we got there safely.

Elanora is a very placid baby, she reminds me of her mother when she was a baby. So gentle, quiet, and very easy. She loves her milk, you could tell, she is a very content baby, and she gains her weight beautifully.
During our visit, we went on excursions to see an exhibition of photography in Halmond museum and other places by train and of course she did not want to miss out, she was there with her mama.
We spent a lot of time to go out, from merely walking in the bush, Pic Nic or visiting a playground for her big brother., We had a celebration for her 11 weeks old, with coffee and cake in the neighbouring city Maastricht. The train ride was perfect, it's a lovely day for her and everyone.

She has grown so fast, next week, she will be three months old on the 11 of September 2017.
