CHEESE!

Cheese is made from milk, and it is very versatile, simply serve on a platter with crackers and fruits, or cook it for sweet and savoury dishes.

A few samples of dishes using cheeses which I cooked for my family in the past and today.  You can easily find recipes in this blog.

Freshly Baked Savoury Brioche
Today was a warm day, but decided to have a special snack, the best snacking we ever had in a while. It was my home-baked mini brioche buns filled with Gruyere cheese and caramelised onion. It looked so cute and pretty on a plate.
Baked brioches were in the freezer, readily available for me to prepare for the snack.
