Reminiscence Of Beautiful Events and Lovely Times.
Mary Rose turned ten, this month, we have not seen her yet since her birthday. But she was coming to us for a visit with her mother, Melanie, her father, Lance and with her three siblings; Thomas, Henry and Lily. And not long after was Jane's special birthday, we miss her. Jane lives so far away with her husband and children, but she could come home with her family to Australia for a visit, and luckily, it is often enough.
The children visit means fun, we would spend time in the backyard, having a good time to catch up and having a feast of the home-cooking. Lots of laughter and lots of stories. It was fantastic indeed!

Welcomed the First Red Rose in Full Bloom
Visited friends and sharing the cooking-cake and sandwiches.
A hot day in October, cooked pie over the stove, a very ideal, kept the kitchen calm.
A candle for Mother, thirteen anniversary for her passing, Celebrated her loved.
Beautiful finger sandwiches and apple galette were enjoyed and shared for a morning tea.

Saffron rice was cooked in a tajine, and it worked very well. Using different utensils are advisable.

Prepared and Cooked, Nasi Rames was one of the family's favourites.
What could we do if there is no family? We are absolutely blessed with children and grandchildren. October is a significant month for Us.
We caught up with Jane and wished her the very best for her special birthday.
