The day when I was filling rich, a decadent sourdough crown was born.

It was made with lavish ingredients and no holding back, it's shameless. But it's so precious and a delight for the gods.

It has a soft crumb, sweet and nutty, the crust is tender but chewy, just the way I like it.

The journey of baking sourdough has gone so far for me, and positively only gets better.  However, it has been a long rest of baking,  but it is, no cooking, no more.  Only time will tell.

It was good that the making of this Crown was documented, how good it is to look back, and I am pleased to share the pictures with all of you; unfortunately, no recipe was noted.
