What Time Is It?

An Hour
The daylight saving could be confusing; honestly, I still do.  Forty-four years ago, on a Sunday we went to church to attend the Mass, but when we got there, we did not understand, why these people were leaving the building, they went out from the church, as for us were getting in.  I suppose you got it what had happened, we made a big mistake of the adjustment of time.  From then on, we tried our best to be accurate and correct. This time what we had to do, put an hour forward. One Hour is the Sacred Hour!

We have three clocks, and they are hanging on the wall, One for the Netherlands time, Two for our local time, and Three for Queensland time.  We do need these clocks simply to get to know what is the time at the location, it is night or day.
These clocks guide us very well, we always get in touch with the family at the right time. The joy of having children to be a citizen of the world.

Today is Easter Sunday, we had a peaceful time just the two of us.  The children and grandchildren are having their celebration in their own homes.  Photos, messages and Facetime we had today, they loved to get in touch and sending good wishes.  It has been a beautiful day, it is good knowing that everyone is happy, healthy and well and had a very Happy Easter.

The Easter Sunday was an easy day for us, effortless, in fact, we did lots of things, went out to visit the nursery up to the road, it was a pleasant visit I must say.  We purchased a poted  Red Myrtle with black leaf.  A very unusual plant.  In the afternoon, planting more lettuces in pots, it was a pretty productive day. Outdoor and Indoor activities were right, in the kitchen cooking the boiled eggs for the Easter Breakfast, did not take long, the brioches were readily there for us, as well as the mini chocolate eggs. What time for the Easter celebration?  There is no fixed time, we do as we like it.  So We Did.  Things went well, everyone was happy.

Easter Feast at Park Lane, from Morning to Night.

Started with a late breakfast, we had our Easter Boiled Egg, Brioche and of course,  chocolate egg, the mini one.  No Easter Crown this time.  It was a big breakfast for us, and by lunchtime, we took it easy and we had the meal at two, yes, very late. Fish for Easter it was the lunch. The Easter dinner preparation was delightful, a light dish - Ballotine of chicken with the garnishes.  Unfortunately, tonight it's sitting on the table untouched, as we both so tired and won't be bothered to have it.
The Dinner
Ballotine of Chicken
Garnished with Croutons, Green Beans
and Jus.

No, not too many chocolate eggs, as the grandchildren were not with us.  It is suitable for a change, the right timing for us as we get older we love to make things easier.  Relax in the word.  The Ballotine will be sleeping in the freezer, we shall have it for next time, a delicious ready dinner, it should be good.  The deboned of the chicken was on Friday, and it's refrigerated until today.  Cooking could be fun and easy, but you need proper preparation.  Meringue for dessert, well an excuse for eating fancy fresh fruits.  The readily baked meringue was the time saver.  The menu was uncomplicated, it's simple!

Thinking of everyone who is travelling during the Easter Time, drive carefully and stay safe.

We had a Peaceful and Happy Easter, and I hope you all did too.

When I got up this morning, I saw all the clocks around the house reading an hour later. I reported to Rayner, and he said, that's ok, I have not to fix them yet, those time are the old time.

The clocks, the watches are in good order, and the time is correct now. We won't have any problem with answering-What Time Is It???

Until Next Post
