Bright and colourful colours are positive and very encouraging.  Happy people love bright colours. Colour represents a lot of things, and the meaning of colours is personal, everyone can have their own.
Celebrate colours, and these are what I think.

Bright Red is Opulent and Strength,  Dusky Pink is Friendship
Yellow is Welcoming, and Good Luck, Bright Yellow is Accepting, and FreedomOrange is Enthusiastic and Warm

Pink is Gentleness and Love

Purple is Royal and Sadness

Blue is Forever and Faithful

White is Pure and Fulfilment
Green is Healing and Peaceful
 All Colour is A Celebrations
