Bread delicious bread, freshly baked from the oven, is a treat, with a crusty outside and fluffy in the middle. What you need is only beautiful quality butter to spread it on. Home-baked bread is so perfect to be enjoyed the day it is baked. But the leftover is excellent for toasts.

These are the ingredients, plain flour, cooked celery, yeast, water, oil and salt. Some poppy seeds for sprinkling.

The dough is in a bowl and placed in a warm place to rise. |
After shaping, they need to rise for the second time -25 minutes and need scoring/baking in a very hot oven. |
They are ready to be baked, glazed with egg white, and scored-slashed /sprinkle with poppy seeds |

Scoring: scoring the loaves adds more than a decorative touch, it also allows gas to escape without bursting open the seam and disfiguring the bread.

Use a serrated knife. Or a baker's lame, a curved razor blade to cut diagonal slashes. Work quickly, cutting about 1/2 cm deep. Immediately transfer loaves to the hot oven.
