EASTER 2016

We had a happy Easter, and I hope you all did too.

Our Easter Crown
 The eggs for the Easter Crown is golden brown, they were the fresh egg, boiled in herbs and tea leaves  I love the looked of our Easter Crown this year.



The Preparations

The brioche dough for the Easter Crown and Easter buns which were filled with chocolate cream patisserie.

Fresh leaves to decorate the eggs, I used roses, and herbs leave from my garden,






Hopefully, you like this post, maybe you will take it as an idea for Easter 2017.  There were more dishes for Easter, perhaps I could post them, and you could follow a recipe to cook for your special gathering for your family.

A note for cooking the eggs: do not throw away old stockings, they are needed to wrap the eggs to secure the leaves to stay intact during cooking.
